About Danny Tennet

I have 14 years of experience in managing varying combinations of complex, creative, and digital projects. I typically manage AGILE projects in a non-profit environment, and my earlier experiences in project management were traditional projects as part of electronic installations in construction projects. In my management of projects, I am an empowering team leader and an authentic team member, and I take particular responsibility for working alongside others to upskill them. I am extremely well-organised, and I utilise various tools to simplify and clarify processes, guide people through them, and ensure clear and timely communication at all stages. In developing projects, I have learned to collaborate effectively within teams, firstly by making sure that I am always approachable and secondly by being humble in my approach to people to serve and assist them to move the project forward. In addition to this, my studies in Applied Psychology in the Professional Context have provided great support in the management and responsibilities necessary with overseeing staff and organisations. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in leadership and problem-solving, including a thorough attention to detail and great accuracy.
