With over six years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and skilled project manager who strives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at Tesla. My mission is to leverage data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions that align with Tesla's vision of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. As a project manager, I oversee all processes for a specialized back office team. Ensuring that the workflows are streamlined, standardized, and scalable. I also created and facilitate L&D content for Tesla's North America sites, and train senior agents on quality assurance and customer support best practices. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are data analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, BPM tools, root cause analysis, and issue trend analysis. I am proud to be part of a team that delivers exceptional service and value to Tesla's customers and stakeholders.
