About Danny Tremblay

After graduating High School, I immediately pursued a dream of becoming a pilot and acquired my Private Pilot License at Moncton Flight College, only to discover that if I were to continue on to a Commercial License, a struggling job market would leave me in the same position as my Instructors: Unable to find the dream job you hoped for and taking anything you can get. I left college unfinished and worked two different jobs for a year before making my next move to become an Electrical Engineering Technologist at NBCC. Before finishing my diploma, I had already found a job in my field, understanding and repairing faulty electronics. Since graduating as a certified Technologist, I have only pushed my boundaries farther, learning about newer devices and design every day. I thrive in my current environment and have repaired over ten-thousand cellphones between 2012 and 2016, consistently delivering quality, same-day service to smiling customers in a fast-paced emerging business. I then was recruited as a Production technician assembling precision electronics at DPL where I quickly climbed to the position of Electronics Technologist after my values were recognized by the senior engineer. We've worked together to overhaul and revolutionize the production and repair processes in an ever-improving streamlined system. Since learning so much about electronics inside and out, my interest in electronic design and repair has only grown greater. Recently I have moved to Halifax and been working a full-time position since May 2024 where I was repairing simple equipment that does not fulfill my desires to grow as a technologist and am actively seeking a role where I can grow with a team who aspires to continue engineering, designing, and producing new electronics.
