About Danny Tucker

I have been with Towers Watson 24+ years with experience in consulting, financial modeling, software development, client services, and project management in the Life insurance industry. In March 2011 I became the Americas (Life) Risk Software Client Services manager. Based out of Atlanta, I have 1st and 2nd line responsibility as manager of Client Services associates that provide technical and actuarial support to our clients and consultants in the Americas that use our Actuarial (MoSes or TAS) or Enterprise software (Risk Agility FM). From 1998 to 2011, I worked as a Senior Actuarial Developer for our software group starting in Jacksonville the relocating back to Atlanta in 2008. My responsibilities included adding new functionality/enhancements to our Actuarial software including the initial release of USLMS and the development and restructuring of our TAS-MoSes application. In 1995 I relocated from Atlanta to Jacksonville, FL where I first started work as a Client Services Support Specialist on our Help Desk. During this time I performed maintenance of our TAS 9.50 software. My role involved providing support, both actuarial and technical, to our TAS 9.50 clients and the maintenance and regression testing of all new TAS 9.50 software updates prior to their release. From 1989 to 1995, I worked as an junior consultant in our Atlanta office having joined from Sun Life in Atlanta. This afforded me the opportunity to work on several projects such as Pricing, Financial Reporting including GAAP and Statutory, Audits, and M&A.
