About Danny Vance

My name is Danny Vance and I’m the Director of SparkWorks UK. I have dedicated over 18 years to the realm of leadership as a Public Speaker, Manager, Director, and Leadership Coach, with a strong focus on the Third Sector. I fully believe in the transformative power of leadership and have recently become a fully qualified coach after completing my PCEC at Henley Business School. My driving force is to witness individuals and organisations experience breakthrough and transformation, leading them to lives of purpose and significance. I passionately guide my clients to uncover what truly matters to them, equipping them with the essential tools needed to pursue their aspirations. For me, meaningful leadership begins with the courage to take responsibility for yourself and those under your guidance. This understanding forms the cornerstone of my approach, recognising that influence naturally flows from the decision to lead responsibly. The success or failure of your endeavours and the people you lead is deeply connected to personal growth, making leadership a powerful force for positive change. Throughout my career, I have achieved some notable milestones. Back in 2006, I lead a youth initiative that rapidly blossomed into one of the country's largest and most successful programs. In 2013, I took on the Director role at a youth and children's centre in London, overseeing its inspiring transformation. The charity flourished under my guidance, achieving record attendance figures and creating impactful programs that directly benefited the community's young population. In 2017, I became a trainer and project manager for a charity in Notting Hill, further cementing my commitment to making a difference. Finally, in 2019, I took the leap and launched SparkWorks, a leadership training, development, and coaching organisation—this is the culmination of my lifelong passion for guiding others on their journey to success. My story epitomises the power of leadership, self-discovery, and embracing what truly matters. My unwavering dedication, has helped individuals and organisations undergo profound transformations, reaching new heights and unlocking their full potential. My goal is to empower others to become impactful leaders in their own right.
