An effective leader, experienced senior investigator and SME for the criminal use and trafficking of firearms, I have proven skills in innovative problem-solving, risk-management and relationship-building. Core competencies: PIP3 Senior Investigating Officer – leading major crime investigations and all resources within the investigation. Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and systems that underpin the investigation and ensuring the management and assessment of threat, risk and harm. Risk Management – identifying, assessing and managing risk (including threats to life) in the most sensitive and high-pressure environments. Intelligence Management – overseeing the collection, development and dissemination of sensitive information from a wide variety of covert sources. Innovation – managing projects to develop efficient, data-driven approaches tackling developing threats in Serious and Organised Crime such as the use of encrypted communications and cryptocurrencies. Subject Matter Expert – highly-experienced expert witness having provided evidence to courts across the country in relation to the criminal use of firearms.
