About Dante Pagez

I was born on April 12, I graduated from high school with an average of 9.82 and entered the National University of La Matanza as a scholarship recipient, where I earned a degree as a Public Relations Analyst and later a Bachelor’s in Public Relations, with an average of 8.82. I participated in three National Public Relations Olympiads and a University Oratory Olympiad. I was part of the VINCULAR research project, where I co-authored a book titled "Digital Communication for Entrepreneurs", along with five additional manuals. I was also selected as a scholarship recipient for a high-impact entrepreneurship program in Silicon Valley, which ultimately took place at New York University (NYU). There, we developed a startup project focused on education, which won first place among seven participating teams. My early steps as a professional were rooted in independent ventures, starting in traditional businesses such as passenger transportation and nightlife entertainment. Later, I worked at various digital communication agencies before finding a strong growth opportunity in the music industry. Since 2018, I have taken on the role of a business manager for emerging artists, helping develop their careers and expand their reach. In 2021, I had the privilege of organizing the first edition of the Latin Plug Awards in Argentina, which gave me my first experience in the entertainment industry for a U.S-based company. I then worked for two years as a Senior Project Manager, helping position the music-tech startup ONErpm in the Southern Cone region. During this time, I led projects for artists such as YSY A, Standly, and The La Planta, among others. By 2022, I recognized the need to integrate tech-driven profiles and fresh ideas into more traditional industries. This realization led me to join Warner Chappell Music, one of the world’s leading music publishing companies, as a Senior A&R Manager. In this role, we secured major signings, including Duki, María Becerra, Trueno, and Dillom. Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse set of skills that can be leveraged across industries and circumstances. I possess a strong analytical mindset with deep technical expertise, but also excellent communication and leadership abilities honed through my education and experience. I am constantly driven by the desire to challenge myself, acquire new knowledge, and take on projects that positively impact a company's revenue. This mindset stems from my passion for leaving a meaningful mark on the communities and industries I love—music and technology.
