Inspired by my life-long passion for research, I love helping other academic researchers navigate the complex post-secondary research ecosystem, supporting their research success. As a former researcher and an accomplished research administrator in the post-secondary sector, I bring a wealth of experience to the table, spanning every phase of the research lifecycle. My expertise ranges from strategic planning of personalized approaches for research success, to crafting compelling research grant proposals and designing key performance indicators, to conducting monitoring, analysis, and reporting on progress and impact. I also possess strong capabilities in financial reporting and I excel in knowledge mobilization, training and outreach activities encompassing public speaking, social media management, website curation and engagement with a broad range of stakeholders.
