Stepping into change can lead to new, as yet unknown, opportunities. In 2016, I took one of the biggest decisions in my life when I decided to move from Montreal, Canada to the city-state, to kick off the new robotics and automation program for GE Aviation Singapore, which is a hub of the aviation industry. While at GE in Singapore, I did quite a bit of business with Acme Manufacturing Company, a USA based company. In 2018, Acme offered me the opportunity to join their team and launch their new Singapore Innovation Center dedicated to the aerospace industry. This opportunity excited and motivated me to make the change. I discovered that change does, indeed, lead to unknown opportunities. At Acme Singapore, we create new innovative processes in robotics & automation that benefit our worldwide customers. To date, we developed technologies that give us a significant competitive advantage in the aerospace industry. Now, with about 35 years of experience in industrial robotic process development and automation in the Aerospace Industry in Canada, the US, and Singapore, I am a pioneer in robotic metal finishing solutions. I set up 3 robotics laboratories in different countries, and I lead Acme Manufacturing Company Singapore.
