PERSONAL PROFILE I love working with people and have a passion for media, I am both curious and original. I have a keen interest in current affairs, entertainment and business. I have worked several years in broadcasting, as well as consulting in management of arts. I possess the ability to work very well under pressure and in stressful situations. Reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility are my values. Administrative skills such as coordinating, managing, and interacting come easy to me. Others see me as intuitive, organized and a natural leader which has thankfully allowed me many opportunities such as hosting shows, galas and private events. ACHIEVEMENTS/MANAGEMENT STUDIES • Editor, sponsorship proposal of Musée des Beaux Arts de Montréal and Le LAIT and a sponsorship proposal for the Festival REGARD sur le court métrage de Saguenay 2013 : Established a marketing plan offering a natural fit between a company and a cultural organization. Suggested an activation plan with tangible and intangible benefits. Assessed the costs of implementation. • Team Leader, Strategic Management Study ticketing, Théâtre du Nouveau Monde, 2013 : Developed the concept of dynamic pricing to increase revenues in theater with little financial impact on the spectators. Validated the implementation through online survey design. • Art Director, brand strategy,Le Devoir newspaper: Developed and proposed a strategic approach to reposition the brand of the newspaper, as mandated by Bernard Descôteaux, Editor of the newspaper. • Host and Designer, Gala des Prix Dufault, Diploma of Collegial Studies in Animation and Broadcast Journalism (2009): Successfully created and hosted an Award ceremony for the first time at Broadcast Journalism studies Promedia. These awards “Les prix Dufault” are now a tradition at the college-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations-Reliable,trustworthy and flexible.
