About Danyon Bell

With over five years of experience as a Clinical Physiologist in Respiratory, Neurophysiology, and Cardiac domains, I am currently pursuing my passion for cardiac ultrasound as an ASAR accredited and tertiary qualified Cardiac Sonographer at Queensland Cardiovascular Group (QCG). I hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Ultrasound from Queensland University of Technology. At QCG, I perform high-quality echocardiograms and assist cardiologists in diagnosing and treating various cardiac conditions. I also have a strong background in respiratory and neurophysiology, having worked in both public and private settings, conducting a range of pulmonary function tests, cardiopulmonary exercise stress tests, sleep studies, nerve testing and electroencephalograpy. I have excellent patient rapport as well as patient service and data analysis skills, and I am always eager to learn new techniques and technologies to enhance my professional development.
