I’m Danzel Hines, an IT Support Specialist with a background in administration and a passion for technology. With 8+ years of experience supporting teams and programs, I’ve built strong organizational, communication, and customer support skills that I now bring into IT. After the passing of my dad earlier this year, I dedicated myself to personal growth and earned my CompTIA A+ certification. Alongside that, I completed hands-on workshops in Windows, Linux (Red Hat), macOS, and networking fundamentals, building real-world troubleshooting and system administration experience.
