Background I'm currently in a Senior Manager position at Motlanalo Inc. I have a B. Comm (Accounting) degree, coupled with a Post Graduate Diploma and I’m a qualified Certified Internal Auditor. Member of Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa. Professional and industry experience From to date I held Auditor/Senior/Management level positions in various industries including manufacturing, Gaming & Casino and NPO sector. My career in auditing began in working as a trainee accountant in the Professional Services industry before moving to Energy sector where he left holding a project auditor position. Thereafter I joined the Gaming, Hotel & Casino industry where I stayed for five years and left holding a senior position. From June 2011 to January 2015 held the position of Internal Audit & Risk Manager at New Lovelife Trust. During my career I established and let various projects which turned around businesses in Compliance/Risk/Finance Functions/Departments. I’m involved in coaching and mentoring junior audit staff members from different organizations. I describe myself as a Change Agent which was proven by the impact I’ve made at New Lovelife Trust within a period of 1 year. I’m very passionate about Auditing and is a self-driven motivated individual. I’m a true Audit professional because of my experience as a specialist in different areas and as a generalist. I regard myself as a strong leader and team player who can put a strong team together and drive a high performance culture by putting necessary measures in place. I’m also a person with strong analytical mind, which helps me to be able to align business strategy with Audit strategy. My most recent career highlights include establishing an Audit Department at New Lovelife Trust.
