About Daphine Kiema

I am a passionate and industrious Healthcare Professional with over 10 years of experience in coordination and implementation of health interventions with teams in different settings. My dedication to work in promoting health in the communities has exposed me to different platforms and teams where I have been able to exercise my professional skills. Some of the roles I have been able to undertake include; overseeing the hospitals daily activities and providing solutions when need arises, ensuring all the departments are well covered and that staff report to work on time and getting staff to cover departments where there is shortage. Most of my experience lies in; monitoring patients' vital signs and initiating corrective action whenever the patient displayed adverse symptomatology, sent orders for procedures and review test results with physicians in order to come up with effective treatment plans and offer excellent, compassionate, current evidence-based nursing care. My passion is to further my career as a nurse in organizations where I will be involved in offering my skills to patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to access affordable health care services. I am an outstanding communicator, fluent in English and Kiswahili, skilled in MS Office Suite and ability to work with databases. I am keen on record keeping/documentation and communication.
