I'm currently the Sales & Special Events Manager at The Commerce Casino & Hotel who values and provides strong management and organizational skills, adherence to quality standards. I feel these are strong building blocks that not only propel you in the right direction of success well within the field but also provide any company with that same feeling of success. I'm a very goal orientated individual who has an excellent track record in successfully planning and executing meeting/special events. I pride myself on providing my best from the beginning to the end of any and every project. I've harnessed all of these skills and determination for success. My work experience has provided me with ample opportunities to organize, manage, get results with limited resources, work on teams and make decisions during ambiguity. All of which are much-used job functions of an assistant general manager position. During the pandemic I have found satisfaction with coordination food and essential needs give-aways on a monthly basis service over 300 families in the community. I am a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
