Background

About Daphne Ling

I am a chartered accountant with extensive experience in managing stakeholders across all levels of an organisation. I have enjoyed solving problems and driving change across financial services organisations. I have a broad skillset gained through roles in strategy, finance, data and operations. Throughout my career, in addition to work experience, I've continued to expand on my technical knowledge through undertaking qualifications in finance, productivity and governance - I believe that we never stop learning! I am known as an authentic leader, passionate about building positive culture and helping people to shine at their best. I have had the privilege of leading teams over the past 10 years, building strong partnerships with stakeholders to work collaboratively to achieve organisational outcomes. I am an advocate for mental health and wellbeing - volunteering as a mental health first aider at work or outside of work is my way of connecting with others and ensuring I play my part in supporting mental health across the organisation and in the community.
