About Daphne Nesseltree

At my core, I’m a connector and a learner. I love building relationships, listening to what people really need, and translating that into solutions that make a difference. Whether I’m mentoring a team, working with federal agencies, or partnering with healthcare organizations, I maintain a collaborative, transparent, and outcome-focused approach. Outside of work, I’m always learning something new and looking for ways to give back to my community.Yes, Google might show my IMDB credit for a video game voiceover — but what it doesn’t show is how I lead with story, strategy, and heart. As a visionary leader in healthcare operations and business development, I’ve launched clinic-level transformations, led crisis response initiatives, and built partnerships that align mission-critical services with federal and nonprofit goals. I thrive in high-stakes environments where clarity, compassion, and collaboration matter most — and I energize teams by connecting the dots between purpose and performance. Whether I’m mentoring emerging leaders, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, or crafting growth strategies, I lead with vision and voice. And yes — sometimes that voice ends up in a video game.
