I’m a strategic and empathetic operational leader with 8+ years of experience spanning aviation maintenance programs, technical publications, and nonprofit community development. Across sectors, I’ve built high-performing teams, optimized complex systems, and led with clarity, innovation, and heart. In aviation, I spent five years growing from individual contributor to senior manager, ultimately overseeing 21 direct reports. I drove process improvements, fostered cross-departmental collaboration, and helped shape a culture rooted in trust and accountability. My role was recently eliminated due to organizational restructuring — a difficult transition, but also a moment of reflection and renewal. I remain proud of the impact I made and grateful for the relationships I built. Before entering aviation, I led a thriving nonprofit community center, launching a weekend child nutrition program, and a choice food pantry powered by a comprehensive food rescue operation and collaborative offerings from local assistance organizations. That experience shaped my people-first approach and taught me how to build systems that serve both mission and scale.
