About Dara Ewing

My first job was washing dishes in the dank, stone-walled basement of a wood-fired pizza shop located on a mostly forgotten freeway. My second job, at 17, was telemarketing. Since then, I've worked in event management, non-profit politics, academia, intellectual property law, corporate communications consulting, ed tech, the dating app space, and B2B SaaS. I help companies figure out what their voice is and how they should cultivate it across channels. I have a propensity for going deep into an org. I like to think about growth strategy and how brand cohesion impacts their near and long-term goals. Generally, I love getting to know a diversity of brilliant people from all corners; I believe everyone has something no one else can offer. When it comes to language, I hate convincing people that it's important, that precision in communication is paramount, that it can, and very likely will, be the differentiator in an oversaturated market. When it comes to connecting, I'm always happy to get to know kind, curious people.
