As a Practice Manager at Atlanta Face & Body, I lead the daily clinical administrative and practice operations with a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to patients in a high-volume, patient-centered medical center. I have over two years of experience in managing and optimizing the end-to-end operational workflow, from front-and-back-office processes to infection control and OSHA programs. I leverage my strong business and medical acumen, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven leadership, culture-building, and communication skills to design, streamline, and implement effective systems and processes that ensure an excellent patient experience while enriching the practice’s bottom line. I also manage and mentor a seven-person team responsible for operations, technology, HR support, budget assistance, and administrative strategies.
