About Dara Kowlessar-Jackson

In a cold world about profit, I’m the glue that takes your brand from distant to a sense of shared identity. I.E, I make people feel something. That is my specialty. I am a storyteller and team leader with a deep understanding of emerging adulthood (18-25) and millennial audiences. I blend neuroscience, emotion, and strategy to create content that builds genuine connection and drives results. My journey spans PTSD and sleep research to award-winning social media leadership across the University of Washington, the University of Manchester, and Imperial College London. At Manchester, I was part of the 2022 to 2023 award-winning creator team. At Imperial, I contributed to the visual and technosocial strategy that supported the university’s rise from fifth to first in the UK and Europe. I hold a masters in neuroscience and neuropsychology from the University of Manchester and a Chartered Institute of Management diploma with distinction, awarded Apprentice Excellence in Team Leadership.
