Day-to-Day duties Provide support and strategic development of Occupational Health and Safety principles for Senior Management. Oversee and direct HSE related policies, programs and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company Policy's. Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate HSE procedures and provide updates of changes in Legislation and Company Directives. The development of proactive strategies to reduce incidents and support productivity by implementing data driven safety measures combined with effective utilization of capital. Using safety data to identify trends and develop quarterly reviews with Management to highlight potential shortfalls and seek mitigation/risk reduction principle early while ensure the delivery of optimal results against appropriate performance metrics including Workplace Observations, Near Misses, Total Recordable Injury Frequency (TRIF) and All Injury Frequency (AIF).
