About Daragh Oshea

I lead the Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance offering at MHC - I have extensive experience leading domestic and cross border finance transactions and providing financial services and structuring advice to Irish and international corporates, banks and other financial institutions. My practice covers debt capital markets and structured finance. I also work on real estate (investment and development), leveraged and corporate lending transactions and privatisation transactions. Previously, I was a legal counsel with Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, a multilateral development lender active in the financing of other financial institutions and major regional infrastructural projects. I also worked as a commercial lawyer for the European Union/United Nations mandated privatisation agency in Kosovo, the Kosovo Trust Agency, advising the agency on the corporate and structuring aspects of privatisation transactions.
