With nine years of experience in Healthcare IT, I’ve cultivated a career that blends clinical expertise, technical strategy, and impactful communication. My journey began as a Clinical Informatics Nurse at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where I served as a bridge between frontline care and digital transformation. I led strategic improvement initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and contributed to the development of clinical tools that enhanced patient outcomes and clinician workflows. Transitioning into Health IT consulting, I advised healthcare organizations on technology adoption, workflow optimization, and change management. This role deepened my understanding of enterprise systems and the challenges of scaling innovation across diverse clinical environments. At Nuance, I took on the role of Customer Experience Program Manager, where I supported full-service deployments of DAX and other AI-powered solutions. I led onboarding strategies, drove product success for high-impact accounts, and worked closely with clinicians to ensure our tools met real-world needs. My work helped shape feedback loops that improved product usability and adoption. Now, as a Product Communications Manager at Microsoft, I lead strategic messaging for HLS AI solutions like DAX Copilot and Dragon Copilot. I collaborate with engineering, product managers, and the Chief Strategy Office to ensure our communications are technically accurate, clinically relevant, and aligned with product milestones. I manage release documentation, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and oversee communication workflows across platforms. One of my proudest achievements is founding and leading the Medical Community Network (MCN)—a vibrant cohort of DAX and Dragon Copilot users who serve as champions and collaborators. Through bimonthly meetings, surveys, and private previews, MCN members provide real-world feedback that directly influences product development, documentation quality, and peer-driven problem solving. This initiative has fostered a culture of advocacy and engagement that strengthens our connection to the clinical community. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to elevating the clinician experience through technology, driving innovation that is both meaningful and measurable.
