Background

About Darcie Dominianni

I’m a startup operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. I bring structure to ambiguity, design systems that scale, and keep people and priorities aligned so teams can focus on impact. I specialize in building the systems and processes that help startups and organizations grow. My experience spans venture, accelerators, and higher education, where I’ve managed complex programs, supported founders through go-to-market and operational challenges, and led cross-functional teams through rapid change. Whether orchestrating hundreds of high-stakes meetings, launching new funds and programs, or redesigning workflows for scale, I create clarity out of complexity and ensure people, processes, and priorities align. What I bring: the ability to step into ambiguity, quickly assess what’s needed, and design solutions that enable teams to move faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Now: I’m seeking my next role as a startup operations leader — ideally working directly with founders to build the systems, teams, and structures that enable growth. If you’re building something ambitious and need an operator who can scale with you, let’s connect.
