About Darcie Drymon

Future-focused L&D leader equipping global teams with technology, training, and vision. I am a Learning & Development leader with over a decade at Seed Company, currently serving as Manager of Field Technology. I lead a global team that equips translation projects with the right tools, systems, and training to succeed in diverse and often challenging environments. My passion is helping people learn and grow. By applying adult learning principles, virtual facilitation skills, and emerging tools like Generative AI, I create engaging training that empowers staff and partners to adopt technology with confidence. My team provides hands-on support for translation software, IT systems, and project setups while building capacity in national leaders. I thrive at casting vision, inspiring engagement, and developing people. I’m motivated by the opportunity to combine technology and human connection to make a lasting impact worldwide.
