Throughout my 20 years of experiences being a Realtor, Leasing Agent & Property Manager, what helped me the most to achieve great success is just being who I am as a person. People can tell if you are genuine and that you really care about their best interests. I take pride in what I do, being honest, having integrity and always have the customers best interest in mind and not the paycheck! I enjoy helping co-workers and colleagues strive to be the best we can together as a team and personally. My last employer PRO Realty Services is mainly a Property Management Company, they are also a Real Estate Broker. My role as a Leasing Agent/Property Manager I would spend most of my time showing rental properties to prospective tenants, inspecting vacant properties, and inspecting current remodels from beginning to the end of each project. I also would document move in and move out inspections and many other tasks such as posting late rent notices etc. I would also handle the listing if any clients wanted to sell any of their investment properties. Also, my family owned and operated Apartment complexes for 20+ years when I was age 5 to when I was age 30. I worked for my folks growing up at most of the apartment complexes helping with doing the turns etc. Once I was 18, I helped the on-site manager in the office and showed available units. I really loved my co-workers at PRO Realty Services and my role with the company! however, 51 years of Minnesota winters were enough!
