With over four years of experience as a qualified electrician and two years as a service desk analyst, I am passionate about pursuing a career in cyber security and applying my knowledge and technical skills in the IT industry. I hold a Certificate IV in Cyber Security from Melbourne Polytechnic and have completed several online courses and virtual programs to enhance my understanding of encryption, key management, cryptography, and risk management frameworks. Currently, I work as a service desk analyst at CSIRO, where I provide assistance and support to clients and staff on various IT issues and requests, while also gaining exposure to the latest research and innovations in cyber security. My goal is to contribute to the advancement and protection of the IT industry and to leverage my electrical background and cyber security expertise to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
