Background

About Darcy Lipskey

I am a dedicated professional with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), where I focus on customer relations while actively contributing to the improvement of internal processes. I believe in working smart and hard—viewing work ethic not just as a skill, but as a talent that can be refined to bring out the best in every project. With a passion for conservation, agriculture, and community engagement, I strive to help individuals and organizations make meaningful progress toward sustainable land management. My role allows me to interact directly with farmers, ranchers, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while also optimizing the systems we rely on to serve them. In addition to my professional focus, I’m a proud supporter of Michigan State University (MSU) Spartans, as well as 4-H and FFA, organizations that empower youth and foster leadership in agricultural communities. In my spare time, I enjoy creating ceramics—a hobby that allows me to unwind while nurturing my creativity. I am always open to connecting with like-minded professionals passionate about agriculture, conservation, and making a lasting impact on our natural resources.
