My goal driven mindset paired with operational efficiency has allowed me to grow as an exemplified leader among my peers. My young leadership ability has given me the experience of managing millions in AUM across Ontario and British Columbia. My financial mindset and strategic planning awareness allow me to oversee multiple capital projects on the go. I believe in a value added approach to managing my assets. I have initiated several successful projects in my career to grow asset valuations while also generating positive cash flow. I am well versed in employee management, training, development, relationship management and organizational scheduling. I use a hands on critical thinking approach to inspire my peers to grow in their own professional careers. I love to work on new projects and embrace challenging ones.
