About Darcy Saffer

If you ask my friends to describe me in one word, it would be “fierce”. Passion and knowledge are my forte, and these are what I bring to every project. I went back to school at 28 years old with 4 small children, and graduated with highest honors. Persistence is an inherent part of my life. I have applied my work ethic and determination to everything from raising children to completing college as an adult, farm work, research, writing and editing for various online platforms, and facilitating fund-raisers and support groups for abuse survivors. I know how to motivate people from diverse backgrounds based on common goals. I use the principles of holistic management to meet my goals, both in my personal and professional life. Persuasion is a gift I utilize, and I see humans as vital resources and assets, worthy of respect and honor. I am a human fascinated by other humans. I have spent the past few years immersed in social sciences, learning what makes us tick. My goal is to apply this knowledge to any venture in which I participate, both business and personal. Social media is my platform for advertising, persuasion, support, as well as discourse on matters of social justice, politics, religion, parenting, human rights, social sciences, natural sciences, and love of reason. I know well how to utilize the algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to reach the most audiences. I know how to target specific audiences and value honesty and candor. I am skilled in engaging people of diverse backgrounds in social media interactions. As marketing director of an up-and-coming brewery in Bozeman, MT, I have been furthering my education on how to utilize social media to promote our business and help us meet our goals to connect the most people to our genuine Montana craft beer experience. My motto is “passion with knowledge equals success”. Passion, education, persistence, determination, and joy in the journey are what I bring to the table.
