I can handle monitoring Shopify or Etsy stores and customer service to ensure the operation of the store runs smoothly. I can handle administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and organizing company records using available online tools. I can provide accounting processes to ensure internal controls are well practice and I can do bookkeeping/accounting work on the operational and/or managerial level. I can also handle voice or non-voice support for customer or supplier communications. I am well adept at using Microsoft office tools(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pictures, Outlook) when it comes to this kind of standard computer tools. I am a quick learner when it comes to learning new online tools especially those that I haven't used in my previous work and I can do my task with minimal supervision. I have no issues working alone on a project or working with others when a project/task needs the assistance of other people.
