I have a proven track record working for leading UK retailers with a particular focus on delivering store roll-out programmes and acquiring sites for new build development projects. I also having a sound understanding of the asset management activities required to minimise the occupancy costs of existing property portfolios and to implement relocation / disposal strategies.Highly experienced in identifying, evaluating and acquiring stores in a range of locations (high street, shopping centres, out of town locations and transport hubs) and all property types from new-build through to existing retail stores.Accomplished in setting & implementing property growth strategies plus all aspects of the site acquisition and property development process including market planning, site finding, feasibility, negotiation of legal contracts, securing planning consents and managing external consultants to deliver store openings. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels whilst leading and developing successful teams. Good geographical knowledge of all parts of UK & Ireland.
