About Daren Rendle

With experience in operations, business improvement and project management, driving change through innovation and leadership, I am an accomplished executive who has operated at the highest levels in large multi-national/multi-stream businesses. My name is Daren Rendle, and I am the Wilson Group Chief Operating Officer, covering Parking, Security, Storage and Health business units across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. In this executive role, I am responsible for supporting the Group CEO and the businesses to re-baseline its systems, processes and support functions after a period of strong continuous growth and transformation post COVID, with the goal to realise greater efficiencies through changing business practices, leveraging our scale and the refresh of technology. Energetic and determined, I am passionate about finding sustainable, outcome driven solutions to complex and pressing business challenges. With a strong track record in the delivery of key strategic programs and initiatives, I am highly adept at commercial negotiations, project management, resource and stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, policy setting and corporate governance. As the Group Chief Operating Officer, I manage the Group’s Shared Services functions based in Manila, business improvement and transformation activities. For over 60 years, the success of Wilson has been underpinned by superior performance and the strength of our relationships. Building on our core strengths of outstanding service, corporate stability and experienced, specialist staff, we have continued to grow by focusing on what we do best – providing innovative and integrated services across the security, access control technology, and parking sectors. With almost 30 years’ experience in senior strategic roles in the industry, my focus in this senior executive position is to identify and deliver in the areas of business strategy, negotiation, restructuring, and business process improvement, with the aim of driving sustainable growth and improvement/compliance at the Wilson Group. I hold a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management
