In my current role, I support EMEA R&D hiring by partnering closely with Engineering and HR Leadership, leveraging a data-driven approach to attract and hire top tech talent. With hands-on experience in technical recruitment and cross-functional project management, I specialize in end-to-end hiring for niche mid-to-senior R&D roles across the EMEA, AMER, and APJ regions. Together with L&D department I co-created and drive the Effective Interviewing Training program, aimed at upskilling R&D Managers to enhance their interviewing skills and improve Candidate Experience. With a background in Security Profiling I have expertise in candidates evaluation for both technical and soft skills.
