Miss that, and even your best ideas won’t land. Timing is the craft behind the message. It decides what cuts through and what gets discarded. A well-placed sentence can shift a room. A mistimed one dies quietly, no matter how right it sounded in your head. Sometimes the most valuable thing you do is leave space untouched. Letting another voice rise, letting an idea take shape without interference, that’s where the real weight sits. The further I go, the less I rely on certainty and the more I rely on awareness.
