About Daria Martynovych

I believe that great product decisions come from analytics — and that the fastest growth happens when 95% of operations are automated by models, AI agents, and personalization systems. That principle drives everything I do as a Growth Product Manager.I help iGaming operators scale through data, analytics, and smart automation — not intuition or guesswork.Over the years, I’ve learned that real growth doesn’t come from more features; it comes from understanding metrics, optimizing funnels, and building systems that scale themselves. With a PhD in Economics and 5+ years in iGaming, I focus on:– improving core KPIs like GGR, ARPU, and retention– identifying growth bottlenecks across registration, cashier, and gameplay funnels– designing platform setups that maximize player value– driving automation where humans handle only 5%, and the rest runs on models and dataAt GR8 Tech, I help operators grow sustainably — using analytics to prioritize the right actions and letting automation do the heavy lifting.Because I truly believe the future of iGaming belongs to platforms that adapt in real time — personalized, data-driven, and almost fully automated. d.martynovych@gmail.com🤝 Open to conversations around growth, product strategy, and automation.
