About Daria Preston Mgr

Open to requests for inclusion, fertility and baby loss awareness events, articles, podcasts, commentary and speaking enquiries. My role as a change practitioner on a bank wide Skills and Talent initiative revolves around my passion for the human side of change and enabling better opportunities for people. I’m part of a Change Management Community of Practice educating and influencing leadership and promoting the importance of the people side of change widely. I have driven and embedded Bank-wide change initiatives centred around talent, behaviours, self-development and changing culture. I introduced an award winning compassionate baby loss policy which won the Working Families award for Fertility & Pathway to Parenthood in 2022. I am a co-Lead for the Bank’s Fertility, Pregnancy and Babyloss community and initiative, shaping the central Bank’s culture, leading the way for other companies to do the same. I speak from lived experiences that have been life changing - both from a babyloss adult perspective but also as a first gen immigrant, child of adverse childhood experiences. It’s incredibly empowering to own my story of growth, what leaders can do and how workplaces can provide practical support to those going through this.
