I am an experienced marketer with 8 years of expertise in brand management and marketing, gained through work in both Polish enterprises and the global FMCG corporation, COTY. I specialize in 360° marketing, e-commerce, and managing both private label and global brands. I have hands-on experience in brand distribution in Poland, as well as launching new products to market, including brands like adidas, Wella, KIKO MILANO, Samarité, and AXIS-Y, which I successfully introduced to the Polish market. Throughout my career, I have led complex marketing projects, executing 360° campaigns, developing communication strategies based on insights, and creating localized marketing strategies that delivered measurable results. Working with global brands has taught me how to effectively translate strategies into actionable, impactful initiatives that drive brand growth and sales. My passion lies in cosmetics and marketing, which motivates me to constantly seek new, innovative solutions.
