About Daria Simonenko

A recent graduate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) with a degree in Business Management with Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2:1 | Upper Second Class). I have achieved a 1.1 (Distinction) in my Dissertation on the topic of Human Resources Management practices in the luxury hospitality industry, “A comparative study of Chinese Mandarin Oriental and Canadian Four Seasons”. I am an aspiring marketeer who enjoys finding innovative and creative solutions that fit a business’s needs. I am passionate about consumer behaviour, neuromarketing and social media management. While studying at university I worked as a marketing intern at British International Education Association where I managed the social media accounts, devised analysis-based marketing strategies and created audience engaging content. By working in the hospitality industry (Zima restaurant and The Chelsea Gardener) I further advanced skills like communication, selling and cross-selling, adaptability and teamwork.
