With over five years of dedicated service in behavioral health and educational settings, I bring a unique blend of expertise in prevention services, community engagement, conflict resolution, and program management. Currently serving as a Prevention Program Supervisor at McCall Behavioral Health Network, I oversee and help orchestrate comprehensive strategies for youth substance use prevention, from coalition planning to grant management and creating and implementing social marketing campaigns. My recent role as Interim Director of Prevention Services underscores my leadership skills in supervising teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and spearheading grant-writing efforts. Prior to this, my time at Hillcrest Educational Centers equipped me with invaluable experience in supporting students with intensive behavioral needs, managing classroom dynamics, and implementing therapeutic crisis interventions. What sets me apart is my hands-on approach to community collaboration, evidenced by my active involvement in local committees, coalitions, and advocacy groups. I thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and adaptability are key, consistently delivering measurable results while maintaining a community-centered focus.
