Experienced organizational health professional passionate about the intersection of work and wellbeing. I believe the workplace plays a vital role in shaping health outcomes and has the responsibility to support individuals across all dimensions of their wellbeing - not just as an employer, but as an active stakeholder within an individual’s broader ecosystem. I bring extensive expertise in disability management, occupational rehabilitation, and the strategic design of organizational health frameworks, that drive employee engagement, experience, and measurable impact. At YVR, I lead the employee health and wellbeing portfolio - from proactive initiatives like health promotion and education to reactive supports including early intervention, critical incident response, disability management, and return-to-work strategies. I also manage key partnerships across EFAP, WSBC, insurers, and our employee wellness facility. My work at YVR remains exciting, complex, and ever-evolving to meet the changing needs of our workforce.
