She has been involved in countless events and festivals with connection to farms, food security and the promotion of local producers. Starting from family business, through hotels, wineries, group and independent restaurants, start-ups, breweries and technology, Darice is deeply immersed in the world of fine food and beverage, the art of service, human resources, sustainable food systems, organizational cultures, leadership, and the factors that contribute to healthy and engaged teams.
