As the Product Line Manager for Pulp & Paper products at Kemira, I am responsible for our Polymer and Microparticle product lines. I received a degree in chemistry in 1996 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Since then, I have worked primarily in the Chemical industry serving the Pulp and Paper market. My work has comprised of analytical chemistry, laboratory management, method development, project management, polymer synthesis and now product line management. I began working at Kemira in 2011 as a Research Scientist in the Analytical team at the Atlanta R&D center. Since August of 2021 I began my new career as a Product Line manager so I could better support the company's vision to become the leading provider of sustainable chemistry in water-intensive industries.
