Background

About Darin Hassler

I’m a sales and operations leader with a passion for building strong teams, driving growth, and helping financial professionals succeed in the insurance space. For over a decade, I’ve led sales strategy, advisor development, and operations at Premier Financial Inc—an independent brokerage general agency—where I’ve helped generate tens of millions in annual annuity and life insurance business. I love creating smart, efficient processes and building relationships that deliver long-term value for agents, clients, and carrier partners alike. What sets me apart is my ability to connect the dots between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. Whether it's launching new branding initiatives, building custom CRM tools, or coaching agents through complex underwriting scenarios, I enjoy being hands-on and collaborative. I’ve grown agent networks by the hundreds, added top-tier carrier partners, and continuously pushed the bar for performance. I’m always looking to connect with others who are passionate about the financial services world and doing great work with great people.
