That passion is what inspired me to start GSD Consultancy and create FranDash®, the a global franchise management technology designed by franchisors, for franchisors. I specialize in helping emerging franchise concepts and small to medium-sized franchise systems streamline their efforts, optimize resources, and lead their teams to the next level. Whether it's refining systems for an established company with 50 locations or transforming a hot new concept into a franchise, I’m dedicated to driving growth. I also love assisting entrepreneurs as they evaluate whether franchising is the right path for their business. My expertise spans decades of industry experience— from founding and growing franchises to acquisitions and successful exits. I’ve started and scaled concepts across various industries, including restaurants, manufacturing, business services, technology, and retail. My work has led to numerous accolades, including recognition on the INC 500 Fastest Growing Concepts list, the ICSC Hot Retailer Award, and the Nation's Restaurant News Hot Concept Award.
