About Darin Metzler

Darin Metzler Coaching LLC is the name I gave my Coaching Business because my name stands for my brand. Personal transformation and leadership development is something I see as my calling and no matter when in life we find what is truly meant for us, we get teh opportunity to live it and be it. I lived (survived) most my life by having my work, my jobs, and activities,"fall into my lap." I was not one to seek and act, I was one to work hard and receive what came. Until working hard no longer served me - and then I stayed and played the roles the best I could with that time not being happy or satisfied at work. This also was not serving me and I kept on, struggling internally with feelings of inadequacies and blame of others who I saw as making it that way for me. Funny thing to me now is how I showed up never changed. So how can it be anyone else other than me? Next came self-leadership courses and finding this thing called life coaching. It profoundly changed my perspective on life. And as I started to coach others I saw how it transformed them into ways they would also never have imagined. My coaching approach empowers individuals to better understand what motivates them, helps them to find their core values and align themselves to what increases the ability to make conscious choices with responsible outcomes. My qualifications include iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, COR.E Dynamics Leadership Specialist, Certified Happiness Trainer, and Maxwell Leadership certification.
