Fluent in English, I am well customized in traveling and interacting with all different nationalities, listening and taking on board all the experiences that working around the world provides me with.In work I am a full believer of the team-work system approach to daily activities without avoiding taking my own responsibility for decision-making when such need arise.My over thirty years of work experience comprise all various aspects of our business, from simple administration and coordination to full project implementation and management, including crew manning and project management.Worked in both areas of drilling and construction, as well as a period in local offices, main area of expertise are heavy lifting and pipelay both shallow and ultra-deep waters, both in conventional (anchor) vessel as well as DP-3, having worked in conventional pipelay barges, semi-submersible S-lay vessel, derrick-lay vessel, conventional drilling rig, dp-3 semi-submersible drilling rig and dp3 heavy—lift tons) semi subs vessel both in heavy-lift mode and in J-lay operation.Further to all the safety needs during project execution, I have collaborated and being responsible for the implementation of company’s HSE policies, I.S.M. and ISO 9001-14001, writing and reviewing operation manuals and company procedures as well as participating to HAZIDs, SJA, audits and accident investigation.Lately taking a role in the project management team dedicated to the construction and future manning of a new ultra-deep water construction vessel, reviewing concept and basic engineering design and ensuring their alignment with the vessel intended specification and area of work as well as Class alignment. In parallel I have been involved in supporting project bids and supporting management of existing projects for the marine solutions.
