About Dario Cipolla

Great aptitude for interpersonal and group relationships, I am a person who socializes very quickly and easily. Excellent ability to work within a team, to organize the work for myself and for the team. I am able to distribute the work and to reintegrate the individual work-products into a single, homogeneous product, thanks to extensive experience in the field. After only 3 months from the beginning of my work for a big Italian transport and dispatching of natural gas company I became a technical leader, team coordinator a focal point for all development groups. I worked for several kinds of customers from simple entrepreneurs to big companies like one of the major europen bank group so I am able to work both in small and in big projects and deal with simple or complex organizations environment. I realized several websites/web applications and private social network based on Joomla CMS. During the development of these sites I have extensively used the PHP language and Joomla framework. Progressively, during the development of some private social network and web applications I enhanced my PHP knowledge, some XML file parsing techniques, the knowledge of the jQuery and the Mootools frameworks and Ajax. During my work history I have used several technologies, languages, and products like the CSS language, the HTML, the UML, the Oracle BPEL Process Manager, the J2EE Struts framework, the J2EE Spring framework, the Hibernate persistence framework, the Sql/MySql language and database, the Eclipse IDE, the Object Oriented Programming, the MVC pattern. I can proficiently use all major operative systems (Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux) I also have a good knowledge of image manipulation and of the use of photo-editor (Adobe Photoshop and Gimp). Other tools, language and technologies used: iOS, SQL, BootStrap, Google Webmaster Tools, Several APIs (Google, Twitter, Facebook), MS Visio, Rational Rose.
