About Dario Codina
In 2007 I started to pursue my career as a Traineer Property Valuer. During my training i became a real estate agent and worked in both property management and sales in our family business. In 2010 I became an associate member of the API and started to do mortgage security valuations in both residential, rural and commercial. In 2012 i obtained my Certified Practising Valuer recognition and pursued my career in the valuation and advisory sector. In 2015 I became a NSW certified Swimming Pool and Barrier Safety Inspector. In 2016 i decided to provide another challenge to myself and pursue a career as a Property Valuer in the Northern Territory. In 2017 i was elected Chairman for the Australian Property Institute of the Northern Territory.
